Archive/Delete Employee

In the top right corner of the employee master data, next to the edit option, you will find the ability to archive or delete an employee.

When an employee is archived, all time tracking data is locked and remains stored in the system. The respective employee will only be displayed in the employee lists if you choose to view archived employees.

In the employee master data, above the table, you will find the option to display archived employees.

When archiving an employee, the email address and RFID-token, if entered, are deleted from the master data. The employee will no longer be able to log-in online or make entries at the time clock terminal. The token can then be reused for another employee.


If an employee is deleted, all master data and all collected time tracking data are permanently deleted.
