Balance and Annual Leave Entitlement

In the final step, you can enter the employee’s balance and annual leave entitlement before using TimeRecording.​

When you click on a calendar day in the time tracking calendar, you will find the “Set Balance” function. This allows you to adjust the employee’s balance as of a specific date.​

It is best to use the “Absolute” setting and enter the desired value. In the “Note” field, you can specify the reason, which will then be displayed in the PDF reports.​

You can easily enter time deficits by using a negative symbol.​

You can set the annual leave entitlement for the first year of using TimeRecording in the employee’s master data under the “Annual Leave Settings” section. For more information, see here: Annual Leave Settings
