Work Time

In the “Work Time” section, you can set the target working hours for your employees. You have the option to set these individually for each day with “Daily Work Time” or to set a target time for the entire week with “Weekly Work Time” and then distribute it evenly across selected days.

Here is an example of how a classic, evenly distributed 40-hour week can be set by entering a weekly work time. In this example, a scheduled work time of eight hours is set for each of the five selected days.

If the work time is to be distributed unevenly over several days, the daily work time can be used. Here you see a 40-hour week, unevenly distributed across the days Monday to Friday.

If you select “No scheduled work time,” the duration of employees’ attendance will be totaled. A balance will not be calculated in this case.

With the selection “No scheduled work time but time credit on days off,” the specified duration will be added to the total working time for employees on days off such as public holidays or annual leave days, as well as for recorded absences.
