How can I deduct Time-off in lieu, Comp time, or paid-out overtime from the balance?

You can adjust employees’ hour balances using the “Set Balance” function in the time tracking calendar.

To deduct hours, use the “relative” setting and enter the number of paid-out hours with a negative sign, for example, -5:00.

You can also set a new balance using the “absolute” setting.

In the “Note” field, you can specify the reason, which will then be displayed in the time tracking calendar and reports.
